Mass production of this simple yet effectively designed product will be relatively inexpensive and simple to accomplish using current production means and technology.
 The bowl of the “Therma Drink” is made of a polypropylene
(PP) material of one-eighth of one inch depth (1/8”), and by
injection molding.
The exterior dimensions of the bowl are an approximate
eleven and one-quarter inch (11 1/4 ”) diameter and
four-inch (4”) height.
The interior dimensions of the bowl cavity are an
approximate nine-inch (9”) diameter and three and
one-half inch (3 1/2 ”) height.
Contained within the hollow interior of this bowl, and
applied by injection, is expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam,
for the purpose of insulation.
Applied upon the exterior circumference of the bottom surface of this bowl is rubber lining, made of polysulfide rubber (PSR) with textured exterior plane.
A lid to cover the “Therma Drink” is made of a polypropylene (PP) material of one-eighth of one inch depth (1/8”), and by injection molding.
This lid has an approximate diameter of eleven and one-quarter inches (11 1/4 ”). Approximately ninety degrees (90 º ) of the exterior circumference is open, and the apex of this open area is rounded.
