The Kool Head Mister features a water container with a pressure pump, and hosing that extends from this container for placement about a hat or helmet. Misting nozzles extend from this hosing, and are positioned to spray water mist to the front and rear of the user's head.

By use of a flow-directional tab, the water can also be made to flow through
a drinking nozzle, allowing the wearer to receive fluids internally as well
as externally.

These components can be affixed upon a hat or helmet of practically any type, and the Kool Head Mister can be packaged for final sale as an included piece of such headwear, and/or the device can be sold separately for consumer attachment upon a favorite baseball cap of their choice.

Not only can the Kool Head Mister provide comforting cooling, but it can
also provide safety and protection from overexposure to heat. And while
many types of hats and headwear are worn specifically for safety and
protection, they can actually endanger the wearer by trapping in heat.
The Kool Head Mister allows hats and headwear to bestow their original
intentions, be they fashion or protection, and adds needed safety
improvements at the same time.

Due to the Kool Head Mister practical design and its use of many
components, which are readily available, simple and inexpensive it can
be produced and offered into a manufacturers related product line without
significantly increasing production cost while at the same time increasing
revenues and profits.
