Mass production of this simple yet effectively designed product will be
relatively inexpensive and simple to accomplish using current production means and technology.
The handle and extending rim of the Kidney Stone Catcher are formed as a single unit, using durable paperboard preferably of recycled class as its principal material.
 The rim forms an oval shape of four-inch length by two-and-one-half inches in width (4” x 2 ½”). The handle extends approximately six inches (6”) from a center point of this length.
The mesh net of the “Kidney Stone Catcher” is made of a recycled polyester material in mesh format, and of size number sixty (#60) that has minimum porous space of ninety-seven thousandths of an inch (0.0097”).
This mesh net forms a semi-circular shape when attached to the 4” x 2 ½” perimeter of the rim, from which it does extend approximately three inches (3”) in depth.
The “Kidney Stone Catcher” may be packaged in quantities of twenty (20) units within a single container.
